Protect your email account and treat every Houston Vendor sign-in or verification link as private.
Signing in safely
Account sign-in links are single use and expire after 30 minutes. Signing in can keep you signed in on that browser for up to 30 days. Older business verification and management links have their own expiry periods explained in their emails. Request a new link if a link has expired or was already used.
Shared devices and suspicious access
Use Log out in the header account menu or My account when you finish on a shared device. Protect your email with a strong password and multifactor authentication where available. If someone else may have accessed your account, secure your email and contact us for help reviewing account access.
Manage only your own listings
Listing management requires verified ownership through the listing email. An account can have several associated listings. If your business uses a different email, sign in with that address or contact us about ownership verification.
Report a security issue
Email info@thehoustonvendor.com with the affected page, a description, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, private sign-in links, payment details, or other people’s personal information. If reporting a technical issue, avoid accessing or changing other users’ data.
